Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Crust
    - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    - In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combinedMix until the texture resembles wet sand.
    - Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan. Bake for 8 minutes, then let cool.
  • Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling
    - Using a large bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
    - Gradually add the eggs, one at a time, ensuring they are thoroughly incorporated after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
    - Evenly spread the filling over the cooled crust.
  • Step 3: Bake the Cheesecake Bars
