  • 1 lb 450g (450g) of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
  • 4 cups cabbage (thinly shredded)
  • 2 medium carrots (julienned)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (for cooking)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • 2 green onions (chopped for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare Ingredients
    - Slice the chicken into thin strips and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
    - Shred the cabbage and julienne the carrots. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.
  • Step 2: Cook the Chicken
    - Warm up vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
    - Add the chicken strips and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
