  • 1 packet, (2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ¼ cups warm water, (around 110°F)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (plus extra for greasing pans)

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Dough
    - In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt by whisking them together.
    - Slowly pour warm water and melted butter into the dry mixture, stirring as you go. Stir until the dough comes together.
  • Step 2: Knead the Dough
    - Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface or with a stand mixer using a dough hook for about 8–10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
    - Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise for 20 minutes in a warm place.
  • Step 3: Shape and Second Rise
    - Punch down the dough and divide it into two equal portions.
    -Shape each portion of dough into a loaf and place them in greased loaf pans.
    -Cover and let the dough rise for another 15–20 minutes until it doubles in size.
  • Step 4: Bake the Bread
    - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
    - Bake the loaves for 25–30 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the bread produces a hollow sound when tapped. brown and the bread sounds hollow when tapped.
    - Remove from the oven, let the bread cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
