Equipment

  • Grill or oven
  • Mixing bowl
  • Tongs

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of beef ribs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  • 1-Prepare the Ribs
    - Pat the ribs dry with paper towels. Rub them with olive oil and season evenly with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • 2-Preheat the Grill or Oven
    - Preheat your grill to medium heat or your oven to 375°F (190°C). Make sure the heat is evenly distributed for consistent cooking.
  • 3-Cook the Ribs
    - Place the ribs either on the grill or in the oven. Cook for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare or 160°F (71°C) for well-done ribs.
  • 4-Add Barbecue Sauce
    - During the last 5 minutes of cooking, generously brush the ribs with barbecue sauce on both sides. Let the sauce caramelize slightly for a smoky, tangy flavor.

Notes

  • For extra tenderness, marinate the ribs in your favorite seasoning overnight.
  • Serve with coleslaw, mashed potatoes, or cornbread for a complete meal.
