  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Stuffing
    -In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • Step 2: Prep the Salmon
    -Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    -Using a sharp knife, carefully cut a pocket into the thickest part of each salmon fillet.
  • Step 3: Stuff and Bake
    -Distribute the stuffing mixture evenly into the salmon pockets.
    -Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil and place the stuffed fillets inside.
    -Bake the salmon for about 20 minutes, or until it easily flakes when tested with a fork.
  • Step 4: Serve and Enjoy
    -Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and allow it to cool for 5 minutes
    -Serve the salmon warm, with optional lemon wedges on the side.
