- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- For the Potatoes:
- 1.5 pounds of baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

1-Prepare the Potatoes:- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.- Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning them over halfway, until they become crispy and golden brown. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. 2-Season the Steaks:- Pat the steaks dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil, salt, and black pepper on both sides of the steaks. 3-Cook the Steaks:- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter and minced garlic.- Sear the steaks for 3–4 minutes on each side for medium-rare or adjust cooking time to your desired doneness.- Sprinkle rosemary for extra flavor (optional). Take the steaks out of the skillet and allow them to rest for 5 minutes before serving. 4-Assemble and Serve:- Plate the steaks alongside the roasted potatoes. Add a touch of fresh herbs for garnish if desired, and serve immediately while hot
- You can customize this recipe with your favorite steak cut or add vegetables like asparagus or broccoli.
- To save time, pre-cook the potatoes slightly in the microwave before roasting.
