Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450 g fresh salmon, skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • 1. Prepare the Salmon Bites
    -Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes.
    -Gently pat the salmon dry using paper towels to remove any excess moisture.
  • 2. Season and Coat the Salmon
    -In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
    -Lightly coat the salmon pieces with olive oil.
    -Roll the salmon bites in the breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
  • 3. Cook the Salmon Bites
    -For the air fryer method, preheat it to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for cooking. Arrange the coated salmon bites in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
    -Oven Method: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the salmon bites on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 18–20 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
  • 4. Serve and Enjoy
    -Serve the crispy salmon bites with lemon wedges, your favorite dipping sauce, or over a salad.
