Ingredients
  

  • 48 Ritz crackers
  • 1 cup peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
  • 1 ½ cups white chocolate or almond bark, melted
  • Festive sprinkles or decorations

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Assemble the Cookies
    - Spread a generous layer of peanut butter on one side of a Ritz cracker.
    - Add another Ritz cracker on top to form a complete sandwich. Repeat with all crackers.
  • Step 2: Melt the Coating
    - Melt white chocolate or almond bark using a microwave in 30-second intervals or a double boiler until smooth.
  • Step 3: Coat and Decorate
    - Dip each cracker sandwich in the melted white chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated.
    - Place the coated cookies on parchment paper and sprinkle with festive decorations before the chocolate sets.
  • Step 4: Set and Serve
