Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil or butter

  • Step 1: Mix the Base
    - Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs in a bowl. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
  • Step 2: Shape the Balls
    - Scoop out small portions of the dough and roll them into 1-inch balls. Lay them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Step 3: Melt the Chocolate
    - Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
  • Step 4: Coat the Balls
    - Coat each peanut butter ball in the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s completely covered. Place them back on the baking sheet. Let the chocolate set in the fridge for 15 minutes.

Notes

  • For a crunchier texture, substitute creamy peanut butter with crunchy peanut butter.
