Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450 g shaved beef steak
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 sandwich rolls or hoagie buns
  • 4 slices of provolone cheese

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Ingredients:
    Slice the onion and bell pepper thinly.Mince the garlic. Season the shaved steak with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the Vegetables:
    Warm a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.Sauté the onions and bell peppers until softened and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
  • Cook the Steak:
    Drizzle the leftover olive oil into the same pan. Cook the shaved steak over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes.Add Worcestershire sauce and stir to combine.
  • Assemble the Sandwiches:
    Toast the rolls lightly, if desired.Layer the cooked steak, vegetables, and a slice of provolone cheese on each roll.Heat in the oven or under a broiler until the cheese is melted. Serve hot!
