My journey with food began in the quiet corners of a small kitchen, where I used to sit beside my father, a former chef who had lost everything after a life-changing accident. With trembling hands, he taught me how to hold a knife, how to feel the rhythm of a simmering pot, and how to taste with my heart before my tongue.

I was only ten.

We didn’t have much, but the kitchen was our sanctuary. It was where silence became connection. Where tears turned into laughter. And where I first understood that food has the power to rebuild what life has broken.
